Here's the thing. I can't teach you how to read the Tarot.
But I can teach you how to think about the Tarot
I can help you gain confidence in weaving complex interpretations
I can give you historical and mythological understanding of the cards – collectively and through each individual card
I can help you contextualize what you're seeing, giving you foundational knowledge and understanding of the cards general meaning
and from there, it becomes an exploration of thought
a honing of your psychic and intuitive gifts
an understanding of how your energy engages with the cards

and when you need to take a break
or. how to tell if a reading isn't really resonating – and how to trust what you're seeing

The Details:
Tarot Study runs from June 11th - Sept 3rd. We'll have 9 live calls with integration time in between.
Each live call will be focused on a specific theme (all outlined below)
You'll have access to What'sApp support between calls.
Calls will be held live on Zoom, with recordings available within 48 hours if you aren't able to join live
Upon Registration, you'll also immediately receive full access to my course “Exploring the Tarot."
Exploring the Tarot is a pre-recorded workshop series where I break down themes and prompts of each of the 78 cards of the Tarot for you to work through at your own pace.

hello beautiful soul, i'm so excited you've found your way to this corner of the internet.
My name is Olivia (she/they), and I first found the Tarot about 6 years ago, through dear friend of mine. It unlocked an aspect of my intuition and ancient remembering that has been a North Star in my life ever since.
I've given hundreds of Tarot readings, and have supported dozens of folks in training their psychic and spiritual gifts. This will be the third round of Tarot Study, and i'm so excited to invite you in.
A mystic by nature and an academic by training, my facilitation style helps to support you in making sense of esoteric knowledge in your human body. I can't wait to see you inside.

Call one: The Activation
this call will be focused on ceremony and connection, getting to know each person who has stepped into this journey with the tarot, setting intention for the next 12 weeks, and
Call two: The Tapestry of the Tarot
A focus on history, legend, and lore surrounding the tarot, including a breakdown of overarching themes + getting to know your individual decks
Call three: The Threads of Tarot
Exploration of each suit, major + minor arcana relationships, and how they speak to each other, as well as how each suit and card connects to astrology and other divination practices
Call four: Trust and the tarot:
Here is where we’ll deepen our reading practice, how can we trust the messages wet tune into when connecting to the cards
Call five: Tarot and divination:
how can we connect tarot to other divination tools? Like bibliomancy, and other psychic gifts
Call six: Tarot and our Personal Practice:
How do we deepen our personal tarot practice?
Call Seven: Reading for others:
What does reading for others look like? How do we develop and ethical and deeply connected tarot reading practice?
Call Eight: Tarot and The Future:
how do we want to move forward in our practice?

Community ethos
This is a decolonial, deconstructing, anti-racist, anti oppressive space.
We work with deities with respect to their cultural and religious significance — just because an energy or entity shows up, doesn’t mean it would be a culturally conscious choice to work with or worship them.
This is part of the decolonial work. We don’t assume that a deity belongs to us, and we make cultural conscious choices as we develop our relationships.
This is a space where we decenter whiteness, and will work to deconstruct the internalized oppression within each of us, so we can move through the world as the healers, teachers, and facilitators we desire to be.
We understand that there is no hierarchy in healing -- and that our guide, just like each member of our circle is human. Should harm occur, we commit to restoring safety to our community.
These will be the foundational community guidelines for Tarot Study, and will be developed more deeply with the group once it's been established.
